Upon full payment for services rendered, Aurora Design Studio grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, Aurora Design Studio retains ownership of all original design concepts, drafts, and any unused materials. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payment for our services is due as specified in our invoices. We may require a deposit before commencing work on a project. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services if payments are not received on time.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, which will be added to the invoice where applicable. Aurora Design Studio reserves the right to adjust pricing for ongoing projects if the scope of work changes significantly from the original agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora Design Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for our services.
Aurora Design Studio is not responsible for any third-party services or products recommended or used in connection with our services. We advise you to review the terms and conditions of any third-party providers before using their services.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The arbitration shall take place in Tallinn, Estonia. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Before initiating arbitration, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues amicably. We are committed to working with our clients to find mutually satisfactory solutions.
We may terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. You may terminate your use of our services at any time by notifying us in writing. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of our services and content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tallinn, Estonia.
Aurora Design Studio's refund policy is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the final deliverables to discuss your concerns. We will make every effort to address your issues and find a satisfactory resolution. Refunds may be issued at our discretion, taking into account the scope of work completed and the nature of the services provided. Please note that deposits are generally non-refundable, as they cover the initial project setup and planning phases.
Aurora Design Studio agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by you during the course of our services. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third parties without your express written consent, except as required by law.
